Verify Email
Check your inbox for the link (valid for five days). If expired, restart the application
Provide Contact & Purpose
Enter address, occupation, email, mobile; select purpose (Employee, Self-Employed, Non-Working Spouse, OFW); Save, Next
Add Beneficiaries (Optional)
Enter parent/spouse/child details; Save, Next
Generate SS Number
Review entries; click Generate SS Number and confirm. SS number appears instantly
Upload ID (Optional)
Upload colored scan of chosen ID (.JPEG/.PDF, max 3 MB); click Submit
Receive Confirmation
Email will contain your SS number and next steps for biometric (UMID) registration
